Giorgio Vallesi, the creator of Marche ClassicsTM, was born in Le Marche on the best day, in the best month, of the best year ever! With over 20 years of experience working in some of the most famous bars and restaurants, he has served celebrities like Madonna and the Queen of England. He has also opened renowned restaurants in London and Dubai and is the co-founder of the successful lifestyle brand House of Negroni and a Sake-sommelier.
Despite his impressive background, Giorgio remains a kind and humble soul who won’t boast about his achievements.
