During the high season, we organise every week on Wednesday morning, together with an experienced licensed guide, a spectacular hike to Monte Sibilla. Monte Sibilla here in the region, is known as magical mountain and a legend to have walked it. Previous years a lot of our guests mentioned the highlight of their holiday.
Our mountain guide is Dino Gazzani. A very experienced guide who has all the required licenses and permissions. He speaks English and will explain during our walk a bit more about the flora, fauna and the history of Monte Sibilla.

Our starting point is Rifugio Sibilla (Coordinates: 42.907588, 13.291609 or 42°54’27.9″N 13°17’29.0″E). We start walking at 8:30am in the morning. Please, be on time and take into consideration that the last part of the road to the Rifugio Sibilla is a “strada bianca” (white road) with some pretty sharp curves. So, don’t leave too late! The hike is on when we have minimal 10 hikers (maximal 20).
Information on clothing and equipment: trekking shoes and socks, water/wind-proof jacket, sweater or fleece, cap and sunglasses, sunscreen, flask (water) and packed lunch. It can be surprisingly chilly in the mountains. So, an extra sweater or wind jack could be useful. Do no forgot your sunscreen and bring enough water.
