Agriturismo Maria Sole is a lovely agriturismo with swimming pool nestled in the relaxing countryside of the Fermo hills in Le Marche. This charming agriurismo is surrounded by a 24-hectare estate cultivated with cereals and olive trees.

The accommodation is just a few km from the sea and from the region’s main tourist centre and about an hour from the majestic Sibillini Mountains, popular with walkers and hikers. The holiday farm is also close to hamlets and cities of art. It is the ideal place to spend peaceful and relaxing moments in the countryside, far from the stress of everyday life.

The agriturismo offers 3 independent apartments and two glamping tents. The swimming pool, 60 square metres with a solarium and a spacious lawned area, features a private bath, sunbeds and tables and chairs with umbrellas.

N.B.: supplement €20.00 per day per person over the two standard places excluding children 0-4 years; supplement €10.00 per day per person for children aged 5-12.

Accommodation

The agriturismo has three independent apartments and two glamping tents. For guests staying in the apartments breakfast is included. For guests staying in the tents it is not included but it can be added on request (at an additional fee).

Pane e Olio (apartment)

Pane e Olio is situated on the groundfloor on the east side of the building. It has an independent entrance and it can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments has a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. It is air conditioned and it is suitable also for disabled people.

Sale e Pepe (apartment)

Sale e Pepe is situated on the first floor on the west side of the building. The apartment also has an independent entrance and it can accommodate up to 4 people. It is very bright and cosy, tastefully furnished and air conditioned. It has a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Acqua e Vino (apartment)

Acuqa e Vino is situated on the first floor on the east side of the building. The apartment has its own independent entrance and it can accommodate up to 4 people. It is big and spacious and it is composed of a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. It is cosy, tastefully furnished and air conditioned.

Glamping Tent

If you want to try a new experience enjoying the nature of the hills, you can spend your holidays in a luxury tent. The tents are ideal for glamping as they are 54 square meters in size. They have a double bedroom with a canopy bed, a bedroom with three beds, one of which is a bunk bed, a private bathroom with shower, a fully accessoried kitchen with dining table and chairs, a large covered veranda with barbecue.

The tent is a warm and welcoming space that, with both the two frontal walls up, gets even wider and confortable living area that can become one with the veranda. The services included are air conditioning, TV, linen and bath towels, free wifi. The guests can also enjoy the swimming pool placed nearby of the tents. Available for weekly rental, they are suitable for families up to a maximum of 5 people.
