Casa Milena is a charming countryside house in the heart of Le Marche, surrounded by rolling hills, open fields and the beautiful, peaceful landscape of this unspoilt region of Italy. Close to the village of Loro Piceno, it offers a relaxed base for exploring the Marche countryside, hilltop towns and Adriatic coast.

The house is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable home in the Italian countryside, with a lovely balance of indoor and outdoor living.

The spacious ground-floor living area brings together a comfortable sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and dining space. A large kitchen island provides a natural gathering point, while the dining table seats up to eight guests. Large doors open directly onto the terrace, creating an easy flow between the house and the garden.

The owners also have their own separate house on the property, where they stay during the summer months. They are often away, but when they are there, their presence is a real bonus for guests. They are on hand if needed to help with anything during your stay and are always happy to share their local knowledge.

Accommodation

Casa Milena sleeps up to 7 guests across three comfortable bedrooms.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three guests, while two further bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Each bedroom has a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed, air conditioning and its own private bathroom.

The house has been designed with relaxed holiday living in mind, with plenty of space to come together as well as quiet corners to retreat to.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table and deckchairs, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast, a long lunch in the shade or an evening aperitivo overlooking the countryside.

Guests also have access to the property’s swimming pool and hot tub, offering plenty of opportunity to cool off during the day or unwind as the evening draws in.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided throughout the house, while guests also have access to a laundry room and private parking with an EV charging point.

The property also includes a charming private annex featuring a bedroom and bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to two additional guests. This is perfect for larger groups seeking a little extra space and privacy.

The location is ideal for discovering the many highlights of Le Marche. The Adriatic coast and beaches around Civitanova Marche are around 30 minutes away by car, while the spectacular Monti Sibillini National Park is also within easy reach.

There are plenty of beautiful towns and villages to discover nearby, from medieval hilltop centres to local wineries and traditional restaurants. For longer day trips, destinations including Recanati, Loreto, Assisi and Spoleto can all be reached by car.

After a day exploring, return to Casa Milena for a swim, relax in the hot tub and enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace as the sun sets over the Marche hills.
