La Colombaia consists of three holiday apartments and a villa located in Le Marche. The apartments and the villa have all been stylishly renovated. The three modern apartments (La Fronte, Sotto, and Sopra) are located in an 18th century old pigeon tower with barrel and cross vaults, terracotta floors and white stucco walls, while the villa (Casa la Vista) is located near the tower in an old farmhouse. The property has a beautifully landscaped garden with a shared swimming pool of 10×5 m and panoramic views over the Adriatic Sea.
Within walking distance of La Colombaia you will find the charming town of Ripatransone. Within 10 minutes you’re on the beach, with stunning beaches and places like Cupra Marittima and Grottammare.
Accommodation
La Fronte is a beautiful holiday apartment with modern classic design features and with lovely views of the Adriatic Sea. On the ground floor, La Fronte has a dining room which opens onto the terrace, where you also can enjoy a view of the sea. From the dining room, one step below, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and ceramic hobs. Another step down you can find a living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling and one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom also has a barrel vaulted ceiling and two single beds. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor (each with two single beds) together with a bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside on the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and umbrella.
