Tucked away among the rolling hills of Le Marche, La Meraviglia is a hidden gem where peace, space, and the true Italian way of life come together. This beautifully restored design villa offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway with family or friends.

Spanning two spacious floors, the villa features six comfortable bedrooms, five elegant bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two tastefully furnished living rooms. Outdoor there is a large salt water swimming pool.

With separate entrances for each level and a connecting indoor staircase, the house is ideal for two families, a group of friends, or a large extended family. Whether you’re looking to stay together or prefer a bit more privacy, La Meraviglia adapts to your needs.

Accommodation

Rebuilt using original materials from an old farmhouse, the villa blends traditional charm with modern comfort. Thick stone walls, exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and thoughtful design give each room a warm and unique character.

The villa can be rented as a whole for up to 12 guests, or it’s also possible to rent just one of the apartments (La Meraviglia di Sotto and La Meraviglia di Sopra), each accommodating up to 6 guests. Please keep in mind that when renting one floor/apartment you will possibly share the garden and swimming pool with other guests.

On the ground floor (La Meraviglia di Sotto) you can find 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a lovely portico. You enter via a private entrance.

On the first floor (La Meraviglia di Sopra) you can find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a private balcony. You enter via a private entrance.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a Jura coffee machine, Smeg milk frother, kettle, toaster, blender, a Kitchenaid mixer, citrus press, and air fryer. You’ll also find plenty of cookware, cutlery, and tableware.

The living rooms feature smart TVs, and the villa offers Wi-Fi throughout.

Step outside and take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool, relax on a sun lounger, or unwind under the pergola with a glass of local wine.
