La Colombaia consists of three holiday apartments and a villa located in Le Marche. The apartments and the villa have all been stylishly renovated. The three modern apartments (La Fronte, Sotto, and Sopra) are located in an 18th century old pigeon tower with barrel and cross vaults, terracotta floors and white stucco walls, while the villa (Casa la Vista) is located near the tower in an old farmhouse. The property has a beautifully landscaped garden with a shared swimming pool of 10×5 m and panoramic views over the Adriatic Sea.
Within walking distance of La Colombaia you will find the charming town of Ripatransone. Within 10 minutes you’re on the beach, with stunning beaches and places like Cupra Marittima and Grottammare.
Accommodation
Sopra is on the first floor of the tower. It has a large, partly covered terrace bordering the vineyards. From the terrace you can see the charming historical towns of Montefiore, Monterubbiano, Campofilone and Massigano and, of course, the Adriatic Sea. Adjacent to the terrace is a spacious living room furnished with design classics where one can live, eat and cook. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and ceramic hobs.
A stairway with “floating” steps connects the living room to the tower rooms on the second floor. On the half landing is the bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. In the restored tower is a bedroom which has a raised roof with old oak beams, a floor with old terracotta tiles and white stucco walls. A large window with a French balcony offers panoramic views on the sea and the hilltop towns. From the living room with a small step down you go to the first floor tower room. Also, this bedroom is located in the oldest part of the tower and has old oak beams, old terracotta tiles and white walls. Here are two or three beds if required.
