The three modern apartments (La Fronte, Sotto, and Sopra) are located in an 18th century old pigeon tower with barrel and cross vaults, terracotta floors and white stucco walls, while the villa (Casa la Vista) is located near the tower in an old farmhouse. The property has a beautifully landscaped garden with a shared swimming pool of 10×5 m and panoramic views over the Adriatic Sea.
Within walking distance of La Colombaia you will find the charming town of Ripatransone. Within 10 minutes you’re on the beach, with stunning beaches and places like Cupra Marittima and Grottammare.
Accommodation
Sotto is a spacious apartment with a large central area with beautiful cross vaults. The apartment opens on to a terrace with a tble, chairs and large umbrella. The central vaulted area of the apartment has a large living area, dining area and a sleeping area with two single beds. The modern kitchen is adjacent to the central area and has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, ceramic hobs and a kitchen top. There are further three bedrooms each furnished with two single beds that can be joined, and a second spacious bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin, wc and bidet. The main bedroom on the east side has an outdoor terrace offering great sea views. From this bedroom you can, if you wake up early enough, see the sun rising from the sea.

This charming little town has all the necessary shops, restaurants and other essential services. From the garden and the swimming pool you can also see the remote hilltop towns of Montefiore del Aso, Campofilone, Montrubbiano and Massignano.
