Tenuta Cicconi consists of six holiday apartments, designed and built with great attention to detail close by the sea. The apartments offer guests great comfort and efficiency, so as to assure a high-level holiday experience. The Tenuta is reached via a characteristic private country road lined with cypress trees where one can also admire olive groves, mulberry and oak trees.

The holiday apartments are located on 120 hectares of farmland and are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. They are also just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Adriatic coast. Also available for guests is a 14 x 5 meter swimming pool. The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. Each apartment has an independent entrance, thus ensuring privacy. All the bedrooms in the apartments have airconditioning.

Rosa

Apartment Rosa is an elegant apartment that lies on the ground floor. It’s decorated with antique furniture. It has two double bedrooms. There are two bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bathtub with jacuzzi. The kitchen, which has a two-pit stove and is well equipped, is divided from the nicely decorated living room. The apartment has two covered porches: one at the front and one at the back of the house.

Gardenia

Apartment Gardenia, which is located on the first floor, is accessed through a private staircase. It is decorated mostly with antique furniture. It has one double bedroom with bathroom provided with bathtub with jacuzzi. The living, dining and kitchen area is open space. The kitchen is well fitted and has a two-piece cooker. The dining/living area is tastefully furnished. At the front of the house, you have a covered terrace with a splendid view.

Ginestra

Apartment Ginestra is located on the first floor and is decorated with antique furniture. The private entrance can be reached by means of an external stairway. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with twin beds. The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a Jacuzzi. The kitchen is small but functional with a two-burner hob. And the living room is elegantly decorated.

At the rear of the apartment one can find a covered terrace with splendid views of the surrounding countryside.

Lavanda

Apartment Lavanda is located on the ground floor.  It has a spacious kitchen with a two-burner hob. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Also, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi. At the rear of the apartment there is a delightful, covered terrace from which you can admire the magnificent view.

Viola

Apartment Viola is on the ground floor. It is an elegant apartment decorated with mostly antique family furniture. It has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.  There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a unique ample circular swimming pool (1 meter 40 cm diameter, 60 cm deep). The kitchen is well equipped. Separated from the kitchen is a living room. Furthermore, the apartment offers an external terrace ideal for dining outside or simply relaxing.

Giglio

Apartment Giglio is located on the first floor. The private entrance can be reached by means of an external stairway and the apartment has two levels. The apartment is ideal for four people.

• Heating is charged according to use (metered)
• Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and beds are weekly changed (please, bring your own beach towels for the swimming pool and beach)
• Baby cot and highchair (there is an extra charge of € 50 for the cot and please notice us beforehand)
• Use of an umbrella and two sunbeds at the Bagni Maria Fiore beach in Grottammare
• Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome gift consisting of a bottle of white wine and a bottle of red wine from the Ciu Ciu winery in Offida and a voucher for a tasting of typical local food and vine products for the whole family
• Pets are allowed but there is an extra charge of € 80 for final cleaning, and they must be kept on a leash in the common areas and it is absolutely forbidden to let them into the pool

What to do?

The Tenuta lies in the south of Le Marche, in the province of Ascoli Piceno. This region is known for its beautiful beaches and amazing trekking paths in the mountains. Indeed within a few hundred kilometers of the complex are three mountainous National Parks: Gran Sasso and the Monti della Laga, Maiella and Monti Sibillini. These National Parks offer 3,000 square kilometers of uncontaminated nature, wildlife and local culture rich with traditions going back thousands of years.

Furthermore, easily reached are some charming towns, such as Ancona, Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, Macerata, Fermo, Pesaro en San Benedetto del Tronto ect. These offer lots of culture and cozy restaurants with delicious food at reasonable prices.
