Luxury holiday apartment with swimming pool just 15 minutes from the sea in Le Marche
Tenuta Costadoro consists of six luxury holiday apartments in Le Marche, designed and built with great attention to detail. The apartments offer guests great comfort and efficiency, so as to assure a high-level holiday experience. The Tenuta is reached via a characteristic private country road lined with cypress trees where one can also admire olive groves, mulberry and oak trees.
The holiday apartments are located on 120 hectares of farmland and are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. They are also just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Adriatic coast. Also available for guests is a 14 x 5 meter swimming pool. The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. Each apartment has an independent entrance, thus ensuring privacy.
Accommodation
The Lavanda apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a spacious kitchen with a two burner hob. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds (two extra beds can be added). Also there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi. At the rear of the apartment there is a delightful covered terrace from which you can admire the magnificent view. The bedrooms have airconditioning.

- Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and beds are weekly changed (please, bring your own beach towels for the swimming pool and beach)

- Use of an umbrella and two sunbeds at the Bagni Maria Fiore beach in Grottammare
- Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome gift consisting of a bottle of white wine and a bottle of red wine from the Ciu Ciu winery in Offida and a voucher for a tasting of typical local food and vine products for the whole family
- Pets are allowed but there is an extra charge of € 80 for final cleaning, and they must be kept on a leash in the common areas and it is absolutely forbidden to let them into the pool
What to do?
The Tenuta lies in the south of Le Marche, in the province of Ascoli Piceno. This region is known for its beautiful beaches and amazing trekking paths in the mountains. Indeed within a few hundred kilometers of the complex are three mountainous National Parks: Gran Sasso and the Monti della Laga, Maiella and Monti Sibillini. These National Parks offer 3,000 square kilometers of uncontaminated nature, wildlife and local culture rich with traditions going back thousands of years.
Furthermore, easily reached are some charming towns, such as Ancona, Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, Macerata, Fermo, Pesaro en San Benedetto del Tronto ect. These offer lots of culture and cozy restaurants with delicious food at reasonable prices.
