Villa Collalto is a beautiful private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche. The villa was restored with great character and style using quality furnishings and fittings. The villa has a pool of 12m by 6m that overlooks the magnificent countryside that surrounds the house. There are many sun chairs and other lounge furniture around the pool and in the garden.

The beautiful medieval town of San Ginesio is only 5 kilometers away. Here you will find all sorts of services: bakeries, a butcher, supermarkets, cafes, banks etc.

Accommodation

The house is on two floors. The ground floor is an all open space with: a large dining area, seating for eight people, two living areas. A lounge with a sofa, two arm chairs and a TV with satellite, plus a sunroom with a leather sofa which pulls out to a double bed. Furthermore, a well equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and drier and a toilet.

The first floor has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom and a twin room sharing a family bathroom with bath and shower.

There is an outside veranda with outside built in kitchen and pizza oven and a dining table seating eight people and an outside toilet. All windows and French doors are fitted with mosquito blinds and wooden shutters keeping it nice and cool in the house even during the hottest days.

What to do?

The beautiful Lago di Fiastra, a mountain lake where you can kayak or put yourself to the challenge in the adventure park, is only 20 minutes away from the villa. The Adriatic coast is just about 40 minutes. Plus you can go hiking or skiing in the majestic Sibillini Mountains. With all the things it has to offer Le Marche have recently been selected by the Lonely Planet as one of the top regions to visit in 2020.
