Nestled in the quiet countryside of Ostuni, just minutes from the sea and the villages of the Itria Valley, the property accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and a relaxation area with two additional beds.

A lavender-lined path leads to the original stone façade, a true expression of Apulian architecture. Inside, vaulted ceilings, reclaimed doors, and textured walls create a warm and genuine ambiance. The entrance opens onto a small sitting area with a convertible daybed, providing access to: one bedroom with a French-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and small study; one bedroom with a double bed and an original fireplace.

All spaces are air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

The bright living area opens onto a spacious veranda with a large dining table and outdoor kitchen, ideal for enjoying meals overlooking the pool. Shaded pergolas, open-air lounges, and a 58-sqm swimming pool are surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs.
