Villa La Melusina is a beautifully restored luxury holiday villa with swimming pool in Le Marche. The villa is from the beginning of the 19th century and a magnificent example of rural architecture of the Marche region. It has recently been skilfully renovated, strictly maintaining the typical style of the region. Villa La Melusina is surrounded by ancient olive trees, land for truffle harvesting, a large garden, and the swimming pool, where you will forget the stress of your hectic life.

It is located just 2 km from the town of Comunanza at the foot of the majestic Sibillini Mountains, in the central Italian Apennines. In Comunanza you will find all amenities such as a bank, a supermarket, bars, restaurant/pizzeria, and a pharmacy.

Accommodation

The ground floor features large windows with direct access to the garden, a large living room divided into a dining room – with an impressive table that can accommodate up to 12 people – and a living area, where you can relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace. Devote yourself to reading, listening to good music or watching TV. There is also a bathroom, a small laundry room, a beautiful bedroom and modern kitchen. You can choose to have lunch in the indoor dining room, or outside where you will have a barbecue for grilling.

You reach the upper floor through an internal staircase. The first floor consists of a bathroom, three bedrooms, one with private bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape. The rooms are furnished with extreme care.

There is also a suite dependence equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning and Smart TV. It is divided into a kitchen area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Le Marche is a beautiful region of central Italy, with Adriatic Sea to the east and the mountains of the central Apennines to the west. It is dotted with medieval villages that have kept their ancient architecture intact. From Villa La Melusina it is easy to organize excursions and trekking on the Sibillini mountains, in particular, on Mount Vettore with its prehistoric Lago di Pilato (Lake of Pontious Pilate).
