Designed across two levels and served by an internal lift, the villa is fully accessible and entirely barrier-free (an excellent choice for guests with reduced mobility, multigenerational families, or groups seeking easy, comfortable living). The property offers 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Large living rooms and a modern, fully equipped kitchen create welcoming spaces for cooking, relaxing and gathering together.

Outdoors, a spacious garden surrounds the villa, opening onto sweeping views of the Metauro Valley, the hilltop village of Peglio, and the distant Apennines. The striking large swimming pool invites long, sun-soaked afternoons and peaceful evening swims. A charming veranda with a fireplace completes the setting, perfect for dinners under the stars.
