The owners of Villa Otto have rennovated the house and added their own unique touch, offering a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and traditional Italian charm.

The thoughtful renovation has infused the villa with a distinctive industrial chic, courtesy of iconic pieces from Kartell, Artemide, and Vitra, while ensuring that the space remains warm and inviting. The expansive layout comfortably can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus two children), making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a luxurious escape.

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape near Cossignano, the villa’s terrace offers a breathtaking view of the town, a perfect backdrop for relaxation or social gatherings. The garden, poised to be completed this year, complements the 5×10 meter saltwater pool, complete with all the amenities needed for a day under the sun or a serene evening under the stars.

The villa’s five bedrooms, including two with en suite bathrooms, are designed to provide a restful experience, featuring air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms also feature COCO-MAT mattresses (2.20m long).

The heart of the villa is its expansive ground floor, boasting a fully equipped kitchen that caters to culinary enthusiasts (with dishwasher, 2 ovens, Magimix food processor, Milan toaster, a 6-burner stove, Jura coffee machine, and professional Santos machine for making fresh orange juice), complemented by a cozy living area with a fireplace and smart TV. The veranda, accessible through grand French windows, presents an idyllic outdoor living space with breathtaking views of Cossignano’s landscape. On the veranda there is a long table perfect for dinners al fresco, a Kamado BBQ, a football table, and plenty of lounge chairs.

On the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms complete with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The bedroom also features a French door that opens directly onto the veranda, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the fresh countryside air and the stunning views without having to venture far. Lastly, on the ground floor there is a small bathroom.

The first floor continues the theme of spaciousness and light, with four additional bedrooms and access to a roof terrace that promises panoramic vistas of the surrounding countryside. One of the bedrooms has a en-suite bathroom, while the other three share a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
