Bio-agriturismo da Silvia is located in the tranquil hills in the northwest of Le Marche, on the border with Umbria. The 100-hectare farm estate consists of a few farmhouses and a completely restored farm villa. There are also many farm animals present, very nice for the children! In the large farmhouse villa three beautiful holiday homes for a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 10 persons have been realized, and with a total for a maximum of 23 persons. The houses are very comfortable and tastefully furnished, and are also perfect for rent as a whole for larger groups. The houses are grouped around a large yard, where daily life takes place. During the restoration a wonderful balance was found between comfort and the pleasant, authentic atmosphere.

For common use there is the former cantina on the ground floor. This makes the accommodation particularly suitable for large groups. On the side and back is a large garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Here is also the pool of 7 x 12m, with beautiful views over the hills. A cook is available on request, ideal if you do not feel like cooking yourself. The owners also sell their own products (including salami, ham, cheese, honey, etc.).

On the estate is also a playground with, among others, swing, slide, playhouse, climbing wall etc., mountain bikes for little ones, and a billiard.

This 110 m² holiday home is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The house has a rural oriented interior and has been carefully restored. There is a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a private reserved area with table and chairs, so you can wine and dine in the open air.

Montalto

Montalto of 160m² is a very spacious apartment located on the ground floor with private entrance and beautiful private veranda outside. There is a spacious living room/dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs, so you can dine al fresco on a warm summer evening and enjoy a lovely dinner.

Gorgaccia

This is also a very spacious apartment of 180m², and it has a private entrance via a beautiful veranda. There is a spacious dining room with a fireplace, two living rooms and a spacious kitchen. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs, so you can dine al fresco in the open air on a warm summer evening.

What to do?

The vast landscape with panoramic views invites you for long hikes and mountain bike tours, but also the “dolce far niente” fits very well with a stay at this location. Because of the elevated location in the hills, the temperature is also very pleasant in the summer. The area is home to authentic villages, but also very special cities such as Urbino, Gubbio, Citta di Castello, San Sepolcro and Arezzo are within easy reach. A truffle festival is held every year in Apecchio.
