Villa Belvedere is an idyllic and family-friendly farmhouse turned villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi located in Le Marche. Beautiful countryside and wineries surround the villa. It is just a 20 minutes’ drive from the coast and the welcoming beaches of Senigallia. It has been furnished with a fine eye for detail. Furthermore, by using traditional pieces specially sourced the house retains a rustic charm.

Villa Belvedere is a peaceful haven, the perfect place to relax or use as your base to explore the coast, the mountains, and the historic towns of Le Marche. Just 2 or 3 minutes from the farmhouse is Belvedere Ostrense, a picturesque medieval village.

Villa Belvedere has 7 bedrooms in total: 5 en-suite rooms with their own fully equipped kitchen and a 2 bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and a second fully equipped kitchen. The house sleeps up to sixteen people comfortably and can accommodate up to seventeen (there is a fold-out bed).

Everything is possible on request. Here you will experience the real Italian life: il dolce far niente. The owners, have a separate property in the grounds and can be available during your stay to assist with anything you need to ensure you have the best holiday.

Accommodation

One wing of the villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms in total sleeping up to 12 people comfortably with its own fully equipped kitchen. This wing has one single bedroom, two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and one quadruple bedroom.

The second wing of the villa, instead, has two double bedrooms sleeping four people. The bedrooms share a bathroom and, again, there is a separate fully equipped kitchen.

Downstairs is where the enormous living room with all amenities is located as well as the professional kitchen. Here the owner (a very good chef), on request, will prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner, accompanied by good wines, water, coffee and digestive. These home-made meals are made using local produce and freshly made pasta. Additionally on request it is possible to partake in an in-house cooking course.

There is a large infinity pool measuring 14x7m, with diving board. There is also a poolside lounge area for relaxing, BBQ-ing and sunbathing. Furthermore, there is a fantastic 12 persons Jacuzzi.

All bed linen and towels included, change of linen mid way through each stay. Additional fold-up beds or a cot can be provided on request.
