Two luxury villas each with their own private pool and shared tennis court in Le Marche

Residence Montemaggiore is comprised of two luxury villas (Villa Adriana and Casolare Paola), each with their own private swimming pool in Le Marche. The villas also share a tennis court. One of the villas, Villa Adriana, has a chapel. The chapel can be used for weddings. The two villas can be rented separately or together.

Already from the gates of Residence Montemaggiore you can see the charming, well-maintained and tastefully furnished villas. Furthermore, the setting of Residence Montemaggiore is just amazing: midway between the sea (it is located 20 minutes from the coast of Fano) and the hinterland, surrounded by breathtaking countryside. The villas have a panoramic view of the entire Metauro Valley, from Urbino to Fano, and the spectacular Gola del Furlo. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the green of the park or by the pool, to enjoy the privacy that only an exclusive villa can give or to spend pleasant moments in contact with nature, in an unforgettable environment. Plus, the owners are very helpful and nice!

Villa Adriana

Villa Adriana is a stunning villa located in a beautifully maintained park with breathtaking views. The villa is decorated with great care and taste. Villa Adriana conveys the rural atmosphere and the extraordinary refinement of the eighteenth-century villa.

Ground floor

On the ground floor, there is the chapel, which can also be used for weddings. From one of the suites of the villa you can look from the balcony into the chapel. Still on the ground floor is a large well-equipped kitchen where large doors opening onto the terrace that goes to the pool (5 x 11 meters). Furthermore there is a dining room with a long table and sitting/TV-room. Also, there is a separate living room with large fireplace, sofas and tables, perfect for parties and celebrations. In the dining room is a large glass arch through which you take to the beautiful old stairs going to the vaulted cantina. In the cantina there is an underground passage to the outside.

First floor

From the ground floor, a wide marble staircase gives access to the first floor which has a central hall  with fireplace and sofas. This central hall, gives access to four suites:

• The first suite of 30m² with a vaulted ceiling has a double bed and an extra bed can be added. The spacious bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a hydromassage bath.
• The second suite of 40m² with a double bed or twin beds has a private bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine with a sofa for two persons.
• The third suite, again 40m², has a living room and bedroom with doors giving access to the terrace. Via a staircase, you go to the mezzanine with double bed or two single beds.
• The fourth suite has also a floor space of 40m² with a living room with sofa bed and doors that open to the terrace. Via the stairs you go to the mezzanine with a double bed or two single beds.

The rooms all have air conditioning, small refrigerator, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Outside is a large garden with a lovely terrace and a beautiful pool with large umbrellas and nice chairs. It is possible to have breakfast delivered.

Casolare Paola

Casolare Paola is a rustic villa with a charming cottage. From every room you can admire a breathtaking and suggestive panorama, which includes sweets hills of Le Marche hinterland and the colors of nature.

The villa has a living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The very well-equipped kitchen including an oven, stove, refrigeration, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Furthermore, there is another space with long table. There are nine bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided.

From the kitchen, you have access to the beautiful covered porch, the well-tended garden and pool with terrace around it with sunbeds and umbrellas. The adjacent cottage has a kitchen with a stove and cooling, a bedroom and a bathroom. Thus in total there are 10 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. There is one bedroom with a mezzanine and in several of the bedrooms a bed can be added (the smallest bedroom is 16m², the largest 60m²).

What to do?

There is so much to do in the area: head to the Urbino, the “cradle of the Renaissance”, and breathe the fifteenth-century air, discover the Gole del Furlo, a beautiful natural reserve, or relax on one of the breathtaking beaches of the Riviera del Conero.
