Casa Wisteria is a beautiful villa with swimming pool in Le Marche that can easily accommodate up to 12 people. The villa is made up of two seperate apartments, which could be interesting for 2 groups or families. Casa Wisteria has a tasteful interior with antique furniture and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with shrubs and roses. The villa is located not far from the blue-flag beaches of the Adriatic or the snow-capped Sibillini mountains.

Accommodation

The villa is made up of two seperate apartments. The upper apartment boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is very spacious, offering a large entrance hall, an extensive  kitchen/dining room area with access to the terrace, and a cosy lounge. The main bedroom is a very large suite with a spacious shower room and a walk-in closet. Upstairs you will find another sizeable bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a desk, and two further romantic bedrooms. The apartment has a separate entrance and a large terrace connecting from the kitchen, so you can enjoy your meals while admiring the view.  From the upper terrace walk down to the shady lower terrace where you can cook and eat your meals alfresco. The outdoor dining area has an Argentinian grill, a fridge, gas cooker and oven.

The lower apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests in three airy bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite shower room. Since the apartment is on the ground floor there are no steps to climb, and the space is conveniently arranged. The apartment is fully independent from the upper apartment with its own entrance. There is a separate patio area and laundry room available with this apartment, so it’s ideal for a family, group of friends, or grandparents who require privacy or simply wish to have their own space within the villa.

The Mediterranean garden is full of wonderful trees, shrubs, roses and of course irises. Enjoy any of the shady areas for relaxing, pick a fruit from the orchard, or play some volleyball or badminton. There is also an outdoor dining area with Argentinian grill and kitchen. The 12×4 pool is ideal for cooling off on a hot day. Relax on the sun loungers, read a book and enjoy the view. Children can use any of the provided pool toys to have fun. The villa has wifi, flatscreen TV, games, aircon, and a foosball table.

Lastly, the villa has a brand-new mini gym. Here you can train on the spin bike or elliptical, or pursue your usual yoga and Pilates exercises before taking a dip in the pool.

What to do in the area

The villa is located just 25 minutes from the beautiful seaside resort of Porto San Giorgio with its beautiful old town, sandy beaches and liberty style villas. Small nearby Pedaso is also great for bathing and has a blue-flag beach. Visit the perched village of Torre di Palme with its amazing sea view.

The ancient town of Fermo with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo, interesting museums and its Roman cistern should be on your itinerary. Only a couple of minutes away in the car is Servigliano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The Roman theatre in Falerone  is also worth a visit.
