Casa ROOS is a beautifully restored luxury holiday home with a private swimming pool in Le Marche. This special holiday home is located in a wonderfully quiet place in the middle of nature. Outside of the holiday home there is a lot of peace and space. You can even sometimes catch deer walking through the garden. The terrace is sunny, but a large sun screen also provides shade. On the terrace there is a large table with 8 chairs.

There is a saltwater pool is 5 by 10 metre which offers complete privacy. The spacious terrace by the pool has sunbeds, making staying at home is not a punishment for a day. You can also enjoy some shade with a book in the hammock.

Accommodation

Casa ROOS is beautifully and very tastefully decorated. On the ground floor is a cozy living room with fireplace and a large, sturdy kitchen with a long dining table. This invites you to cook and eat together when the weather is not so nice outside. Set the table with the beautiful crockery and the wild flowers from the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a utility room with washing machine and dryer, there is another bathroom with toilet on the ground floor.

You enter the first floor via a wide natural stone staircase. Adjacent to the cozy living room are the four beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. All rooms have a great view of Montefalcone, the Monti Sibillini and the swimming pool.

Distances

The holiday home is close to the beautiful and picturesque town of Force. The holiday home is also approximately 30 km from the Adriatic Sea and 20 km from the Monti Sibillini. The beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno is 20km away. The holiday home is located at the end of a 2 kilometer long country road.

What to do?

Le Marche is located in the middle of Italy between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines. Le Marche is reminiscent of Tuscany, but is much less touristy. Here you will find peace and space. Le Marche is also often named one of the best kept secret of Italy. Casa ROOS is located in the south of Le Marche, near the beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno, but the many small authentic villages in the area are also wonderful to wander around. After a beautiful walk through the mountains with the many waterfalls and the views, a tasting at a vineyard is also possible. For a day at the beach, Cupra Marittima, San Benedetto del Tronto, Grottammare or Porto Giorgio are recommended.
