Luxury holiday home with infinity pool just 1km from the beach

Casa Illuminati is a beautifully renovated luxury holiday home located very close to the stunning beach of Cupra Marittima. This special holiday home belongs to the Cultural Heritage of Le Marche. Casa Illuminati is made up of four very luxurious apartments. The apartments all have their own private terrace and their own section near the infinity pool with luxurious sunbeds and a pergola for the necessary shade.

The villa is accessible via a gravel path of 250m that can be closed by a gate. On the right is the villa, on the left is the parking lot, so that the cars are hidden from view.

Accommodation

There are two apartments with two bedrooms on the ground floor, Il Sole and Le Volte. Also on the ground floor is an apartment with one bedroom, Il Giardino. The fourth apartment, Il Terrazzo, is on the first floor and it has three bedrooms. The apartments cannot be rented singularly but have to be rented as a whole.

The kitchens are all modern and equipped with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bathrooms are spacious and luxuriously finished with washbasin, toilet, bidet and spacious walk-in shower. There is a washing machine in the laundry room. All the windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens. There is also Wi-Fi available.

Next to the large house there is an outbuilding with a kitchen that guests may use. Outside there are tables and there is a fixed BBQ. The swimming pool is located at an area higher than the house. It is a large infinity pool of 5 x 10 meters, from where there is a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Around the pool is a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a separate wooden terrace for each apartment with a pergola for the shade and a large lounger with cushions.

Il Sole

The apartment Il Sole (4 persons) is located on the south side (under the large terrace of the apartment Il Terrazzo) and has a private terrace on the northwest side. It is a very cozy apartment with large windows and lots of light. The apartment has a luxurious kitchen with pull-out table that can serve as a bar or breakfast table, two double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

Le Volte

The second apartment with two bedrooms, Le Volte (4 persons) is also on the ground floor but on the north side, it will stay cool in this apartment in the summer. It is a very special apartment because it has an old vaulted ceiling. The apartment has a luxury kitchen, two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Outside there is a terrace, a kind of private courtyard, beautifully landscaped with plants and shrubs.

Il Terrazzo

The three-bedroom apartment, Il Terrazzo (6 persons) is located on the first floor and the ground floor on the south side. On the first floor, there is a large kitchen with huge roof terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, in the hallway of the entrance of the apartment, is the access to the third bedroom and second bathroom. From the kitchen and one of the bedrooms there is access to the terrace which is located on the south and has a view of the garden and swimming pool which is located higher. Over the entire width of the terrace there is a pergola for the necessary shade (also inside) with large dining table and lounge sofas.

Il Giardino

The one-bedroom apartment, Il Giardino (2+2 persons) is located on the ground floor on the southeast side. The apartment has a spacious and modern kitchen with sofa bed, fireplace and a dining table. Next to this room there is a double bedroom. The terrace of the apartment is located in the garden by the pond.

What to do

Casa Illuminati is just a few minutes car ride from Cupra Marittima, a seaside resort belonging to the Palm Tree Riviera in southern Marche. Behind the resort there are three hills: Sant’Andrea with the its castle, recently restored; Marano, the medieval hilltop borgo of Cupra Alta, and Boccabianca. The lush vegetation (pines, palms, and oleanders), the shortish sandy beach and the peaceful atmosphere provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. A wide cycling path crosses the seaside resort and runs until San Benedetto del Tronto.
