Azienda Elisei is a recently restored farmhouse from the 1600s set in 20 hectares of farm land, woods and olive groves. Around the farmhouse is a spacious garden in which there is a swimming pool, with next to it, in another restored building, a hydro-massage, sauna and extra toilet and shower. There is more than enough garden furniture available for the guests to relax.

Gualdo is only 2km away, and all around you the most delightful country setting.

In this secluded little paradise there are three apartments. All apartments have their own entrance, a well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and two bedrooms with wrought iron beds. Downstairs, in the former stables, there is a communal room with a satellite TV and a long table to give guests the possibility to have dinner together as well as a laundry room. Not included in the price: gas for heating (if necessary).

Il Girasole has a cozy living room and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with beautiful wrought iron beds: one bedroom with a double-bed and one bedroom with a twin- bed. The bathroom is with bath. There is the possibility to add a extra (sofa) bed.

Vino Cotto

The charmingly named Vino Cotto is on the ground floor, and has a pleasant living room and a kitchen with dishwasher. The two bedrooms are traditionally and attractively furnished. There is a bathroom with shower. There is the possibility to add an extra bed.

Elisa

Going up-stairs we reach apartment Elisa with its own terrace in front of the entrance. Here, again, you will find a well equipped kitchen – living room and two separate bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower. There is the possibility to accommodate one extra person (sofa bed).

What to do?

Leisure and sports activities are available all year round in the open air. The Sibillini mountains provide good skiing in winter. There are skiing resorts, with slopes of varying length, but also interesting cross-country skiing routes. One can go hiking, mountaineering, hang-gliding, rafting, paragliding and canoeing.

At the seaside (and at the lakes or swimming pool) one can swim next to wind surfing, water skiing, sailing and underwater fishing. There are mountain bikes for rent, rides on horseback, hikes in the parks, etc. There are health spas in the towns Sarnano and Tolentino. Also there is Macerata with its beautiful opera festival in Il Sferisterio.

Additionally the region of Le Marche is full of excellent restaurants and wine cantinas.
