Villa Giorgina is contemporary farmhouse which has become a peaceful retreat just 10 minutes from the charming towns of Comunanza and Amandola in the central Italian Apennines. The stylish house offers 3 spacious double bedrooms with king size beds, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has been furnished with beautiful designer furniture. Outside, enjoy the views from the large pool or covered terrace. A perfect escape for families and friends.

Accomodation

The spacious kitchen and the stylish living and dining room are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with 5 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, SMEG fridge with large freezer, fully automatic espresso – coffee – cappuccino, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen you have access to the large terrace with views across the pool to the mountains. The first floor comprises of three spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom while the remaining two bedrooms share a large family bathroom. A further, fully equipped bathroom can be found on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and also enjoys a private terrace looking out to the Sibillini Mountains. There are screens for all windows and doors. The villa has free WiFi throughout the house, terrace and pool area.

This peaceful villa enjoys a large terrace, from which you can step down to a large pool. Whether dining under the shade of the portico, relaxing on a sun lounger around the pool or reading a book in one of the various seating areas, the incredible surroundings stretch out in front of you. The pool is surrounded by 6 sunbeds with 4 umbrellas.

Several acres of garden and woodland is peppered with olive trees, fig, apple and elderflower trees. Countless walks up through the hillside, down to the cool stream or across to one of the many Agriturismos can be accessed right from the door step. There is a covered and illuminated parking place for four cars.

What to do?

Simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the house, the countryside and the pool. Walk around or in the Sibillini Mountains, enjoy the many beaches along the Adriatic coast, visit the hilltop towns with their restaurants and vineyards or visit the historic town of Ascoli Piceno with it’s famous Piazza Del Popolo. In summer there are many festivals and markets or if you’re more adventurous take a truffle hunting tour, hire bikes to explore the roads or take a horse riding trail through the beautiful scenery.
