Casa Vincenzo is a modern holiday house that is located just a few minutes from the beaches of Civitanova Marche. The story of this holiday house is as unique as the place itself, as it is quite unusual to come across a old railway car in the middle of the hills of Le Marche. Yet, this is what Vincenzo Treccioni, an architect, found when he bought this piece of land. He was intrigued by the mystery of how the car got there, as the previous owner never gave a clear explanation. He decided to transform the car into a modern and refined villa, where guests can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of nature.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with olive trees and vineyards, which produce delicious fruits for its guests. When staying here, you will also have access to the swimming pool, the barbecue area and the playground for children. The swimming pool is perfect for swimming laps as it’s 16 x 4 meters and has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

The villa is all located on the first floor and has a spacious living room, a small and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi, and a terrace with a stunning view of the valley. The living room has a sofa bed. Every room has beautiful views of the sorrounding hills and the sea in the distance. There is airconditioning in all rooms.

Casa Vincenzo is located just a few minutes by car from the beaches of Civitanova Marche, a popular seaside resort on the Adriatic coast, boasting a fishing port and a marina. The northern shore is wide and sandy and the water is shallow, while the southern shore is both sandy and pebbled. The long beach is divided by the fishing port and the marina. The villa is also very close the Civitanova Alta, a medieval hilltop town which overlooks the gorgeous countryside and the Adriatic Sea. While Civitanova Marche turned into a serious magnet for summer tourism and gets all the attention of vacationers, the old town upon the hill leads a quiet and contemplative existence and is mainly free of crazy vacationer hordes.
