Agriturismo Montalto is a recently restored farmhouse with a shared swimming pool, located amid the green hills in the south of Le Marche. This beautiful agriturismo is located near the town of Montalto delle Marche and just 25 km from the Adriatic coast. In this idyllic spot, surrounded by the characteristic hilly landscape of Le Marche, you can completely relax and enjoy breathtaking views from the swimming pool or your own terrace.

The agriturismo is run by the entire family. The daughter and son-in-law are responsible for the ins and outs of the agriturismo and the guests, while the mother provides the meals and the father keeps the garden and swimming pool tidy. The owners of Agriturismo Montalto do everything they can to ensure that you have an unforgettable time in their beautiful place.

Accommodation

The old farmhouse has been renovated with great care a few years ago. A total of four apartments and one holiday home make up the agriturismo. The apartements and holiday home all have air conditioning and are suitable for 2 to 6 people. The spacious apartments are furnished with care and have TV, WiFi, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a living room and a modern kitchen with gas hob, refrigerator and oven. Each apartment has its own private terrace and parking space.

The grounds surrounding the agriturismo offer guests complete privacy. In the garden next to the main building, a shared barbecue area and a pizza oven with a covered terrace have been created, which everyone can use. The fenced swimming pool of 5×10 meters and 140 cm deep is located on a slightly higher part of the garden. There is a spacious veranda at the pool for shade, and there are enough sunbeds for all guests, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. There is also a sports and playing field on site and a ping-pong table.

There is a laundry room in the main building that all guests can use free of charge.

It consists of a large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one of which is accessible to disabled people). Ideal for families or couples of friends. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Possibility of additional bed space on request.
