Design holiday villa with swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden in Le Marche
Villa de Santis is a beautiful design villa and is the creation of a multi-award winning British architect. The holiday villa has combined his passion for design, space, light and luxury to stunning effect. Set within the lush pastures of Le Marche, his creation sits harmoniously on its hillside perch, with long views south and away to the great Sibillini mountains in the west. Magical sunrises compel you to rise with the larks, but you’ll be enveloped in luxury and comfort and so a peak out of the window may be all you can muster. There are worse ways to start a day.
Outside, the loggias, terraces, gardens and swimming pool provide a floral, stylish and comfortable way to do, well, not an awful lot, frankly. Save, perhaps, for luxuriating in the pool, sipping that next G&T or glass of Prosecco and finishing that novel you’d promised yourself. If you let them, the days merge in to one long, sun-soaked haze. There’s a lot to be said for that.
The fully equipped kitchen is tailor-made and the centre of the house. It has a 5 burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small espresso machine, kettle and food processor. Further, on the ground floor there is the lounge, TV room, dining room, toilet and office. On the ground floor you can also find the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge with freezer. The four bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, are located on the first floor. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom (with bath).
In the beautifully landscaped garden you can find the swimming pool that is 17 meters long. It is great to swim laps or play a good game of water volleyball! The portico provides shade and has a long dining table as well as a lounge set and a gas-BBQ.
