Villa Genga is a stunning luxury villa with swimming pool that uses natural colors and materials in harmony with the surroundings. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. This beautiful villa also has a  solar heated swimming pool. Villa Genga is a renovated old farm from 1770, with natural stone walls and a rustic charm.

The villa has a modern and elegant interior, decorated with ethnic chic elements and natural colors. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding nature, relax in the spacious rooms, or have fun with your friends or family. This is a place where you can forget about the stress and noise of the city and reconnect with yourself.

Accommodation

Villa Genga is a spacious and comfortable accommodation that can host up to 8 guests. It has two floors and a total area of 240m2.

On the ground floor, there is a large master bedroom with, an ensuite bathroom with a spacious Italian shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The living area features a cozy living room with an open fire, a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a Marshall Bluetooth portable speaker. The dining room has a big table for 10 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, an induction cooker, an oven and a microwave, a nespresso coffee machine, a traditional Italian Moka, and a dishwasher.

On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a large bath, a spacious Italian shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet. There are also three more bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a separate toilet, one bedroom with two singles beds, and a last bedroom (separated in 2 by a claustra) including two other single beds. In the other part of this last room, the house offers also a fitness corner with Nohrd furnitures in wood (WaterRower, triple position bench, SwingBells), spinbike, etc. It is possible to book a fitness instructor to come by the villa.

The villa has an underfloor heating system that can be adjusted individually in each room. There are mosquito nets in every room and there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Lastly, there is wifi.

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden, where you can relax on the sun terrace, the covered patio, or the armchairs around the fire bowl. You can also take a dip in the swimming pool, which has just been completed and offers a stunning view of the countryside. There is an outdoor shower with hot water. The property is fully fenced, making it perfect for dogs.

What to do in the area

The villa is located in the north of the Marche, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, 3 km from the small medieval village of Mombaroccio and less than 25 km from the Adriatic Sea. Furthermore, about 30 minutes away by car, you can visit historic and artistic cities such as Urbino, Fano and Pesaro, and go on numerous excursions in the surrounding area.

The unique landscape of the coastline includes the white cliffs of Ancona sculpted by the wind, with long sandy beaches and hidden rocky bays and the “velvet beach” of Senigallia. This region of the Marche is dotted with picturesque villages and rolling hillsides along with the sophisticated city of Urbino. Don’t miss the “Grotte di Frasassi” and the nearby Gradara Fortress.

If timing allows, don’t miss the Rossini Opera Festival in August in Pesaro, the historic Palio in Cagli (August) or the truffle markets in Acqualagna and Pergola every Autumn.
