Podere Ulissi is only 2km from the picturesque medieval town of Petritoli, 30km from the Monti Sibillini and 17km from the Adriatic coast at Pedaso. There is a challenging 9-hole golf course 14km from the Podere.

The house has been recently restored preserving the original character. Exterior is in the old brick house but inside is modern and luxurious. The house consists of three very spacious, bright apartments; one of them is rented out. All terraces are lay-out in such a way that they are all very private without any onlookers.

Podere Ulissi has a large 6000m2 garden, offering much privacy. In the beautiful large garden lies the swimming pool of 5x12m with a children’s pool of 5×2.5m and 45cm deep.

Apartment Uno has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with five burner gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker with capsules and washing machine for your own use. There is a separate toilet with washbasin at the living area on the ground floor. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with spacious shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Folding doors are leading you to the terrace where you can relax, eat outside or enjoy an aperitivo.

On the first floor are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Available are also a baby cot and high chair (please give early notice).

It seems almost unbelievable that this popular vacation target has to offer still another region, which has all advantages of Italy in itself united and nevertheless not overcrowded nor spoiled by the mass-tourism still unknown here: Le Marche. 

Many small places with outstanding restored old towns and various festas in the summer. Macerata with its opera arena il Sferisterio, Ascoli Piceno with its antique market, and many more.

And when you need a break of this all you just laze away at the pool.
