Lovely 4-person apartment with swimming pool in Le Marche

Casa Smeraldo is a lovely 4-person apartment with all the amenities for a luxurious stay in Le Marche. The apartment is located just outside the town of Loro Piceno and has splendid views over the Marchegiani hills. In the garden there is a 10 x 4 meter swimming pool to cool off in the hotter summer months. The apartment has everything you could need during your stay in Le Marche.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the first floor. When you enter the apartment there is a long hallway. From the hallway, on the right, you walk into a big open space with at the center a fully equipped kitchen. On the left of the kitchen there is a lovely living room with a comfortable couch and a TV with Google chrome cast. On the right you enter into the dining room with a table able to accommodate four people. In the dining room there is also a small balcony from which you can see the garden and the swimming pool, it is the perfect spot for your afternoon aperitivo. The apartment also has two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom in the hallway. Airconditioning is only present in the master bedroom.

Casa Smeraldo has a huge garden with a vineyard and olive trees. There is also a newly built swimming pool of 10 x 4 meter to enjoy during the summer.

What to do in the area

Casa Smeraldo is situated 1km distance from the old Roman city of Loro Piceno. Loro Piceno is an historic town. Home to numerous cultural and gastronomic festivals. It’s famous for Vino Cotto, a special wine that’s “cooked” to reach its peak of flavour and is generally drunk after dinner. Furthermore, the apartment is located in the “Golden Triangle” of Le Marche which puts you in the middle of it all as it means that it is only 30 minutes from the beach, hilltop medieval towns, and the majestic Sibillini Mountains. Loro Piceno also boasts some exceptional restaurants, such as Ristorante al Girarrosto. Market days and local festas abound in the town and nearby villages, with a good choice of shopping and cafés in town. Lastly, if you are staying during the month of August, we highly recommend checking out the Festa del Vino Cotto!
