Villa Dolce Far Niente is a beautiful private villa with swimming pool and beautiful views in Le Marche. The villa is located at the end of a private road with unobstructed views of the beautiful Marchigiani countryside. La Sentinella is also within walking distance of the medieval town of San Ginesio. The villa has been completely restored with authentic details and equipped with all modern comforts.

The beautifully landscaped garden has a large terrace that surrounds the swimming pool. This terrace, adjacent to the villa, is the perfect place to enjoy the Italian sun and the wonderful tranquillity of Le Marche. The villa is equipped with high-quality materials such as tiled floors with underfloor heating, old stone walls, ceilings with sturdy wooden beams and has been completely redecorated in a modern style.

Accommodation

The modern and complete open kitchen has a cooking island with 4 gas burners. There is also an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer drawers, kettle, and Nespresso machine. A stylish dining and sitting room form the ground floor with patio doors on both sides of the dining room leading to the large terrace and swimming pool on one side and the lawn/second garden on the other.

On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share the other bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. In the basement there is the fourth bedroom with its own shower and sink. All bedrooms have a double bed. In addition, there are mosquito nets on all windows.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful terraces with large dining table, comfortable chairs and large parasol. Settle down on a lounger at the beautiful private swimming pool of twelve-by-five meters where you can enjoy great sunsets. There is also an additional toilet in the poolside annex. The villa also has a beautiful large gas BBQ.

The garden of the villa has been beautifully landscaped with a lawn, olive and fruit trees, and rosemary. There is plenty of space and places for yoga or meditation. The pool is professionally cleaned once a week and is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas.
