Beautiful private estate with swimming pool in Le Marche
Palazzo di Arcevia is a beautiful private estate with swimming pool located in Le Marche that started in the 60s as a farming estate. The old cultivations of the farming estate have been carefully preserved: 400 olive trees that produce quality olive oil. Palazzo di Arcevia provides you with an unique experience inside of the Mediterranean macchia. The land and nature will surround you and never leave you. A beautiful land where tangible luxury is made of the simple things of every day.
The private reserve is made up of 11 rifugi (apartments) and a villa, where it seems as if time has stopped. Furthermore, there is a large swimming pool on the property with panoramic view over the hills and surrounded by fields and olive groves. The use of the swimming pool is free for the guests. There is also a bar near the pool that is open for the guests from 10 am until 7 pm which offers aperitivi, light lunches and ice creams. It is also possible to book a massage. There are also various walks that can be done on foot or by bicycle that you can bring or rent in the area. On Tuesday morning in the pool area there is a van for fruit and vegetables and fresh bread and various groceries.
There is free Wifi in the pool area, however there is no Wifi in the apartments and in the villa. For washing clothes there is a common washing machine in the pool area at a cost of 5 euros per wash.

In the area in front of the swimming pool are 2 farmhouses dating back to the fifteenth century, (Casa Paradiso and Ritiro Laico), both skillfully restored and inserted in the picturesque naturalistic context of the reserve.

From Palazzo di Arcevia you can visit Arcevia, one of the most beautiful walled towns in the province of Ancona. With its numerous small castles, once Medieval satellites of great power, it overlooks the typical Apennine land.
