Stylish Mediterranean holiday house in the hills of Le Marche

Villa Oliwia is a beautiful and stylish 18th century holiday house with swimming pool located in the hills of Le Marche. The holiday house is situated in front of the village of Monte San Giusto and is surrounded by the luscious vineyards of Collemara, the countryside and the beautiful coast of Riviera Adriatica.

To create a modern Mediterranean style, the owners utilized natural materials and warm colours to make you feel instantly at home. The large natural garden of 5000 sqm offers plenty of space to relax and the large swimming pool is ideal to switch off and enjoy tranquility.

Accommodation

The holiday house comprises of two levels and is suitable for up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped open plan kitchen, perfect for cooking and dining with family or friends. From the kitchen you walk into the large living room. On the ground floor you can also find a bathroom.

On the first floor there are five bedrooms which are accessible from an outside stair. There are two double bedrooms with private bathroom, two double bedroom with shared bathroom, one double bedroom with two single beds and shared bathroom. All our rooms are suitable for two people. It is possible to add a baby bed in two of the rooms (only upon request and availability). On thsi floor there is also a second kitchen, perfect to prepare a quick breakfast in the morning.

The large swimming pool (10 x 5) provides an uninterrupted view of the surrounding hills and the vineyards of Collemare. An old hay barn next to a beautiful waterwell has been converted into a pergola with outdoor dining area and lounge area with sound system. A former shed now hosts a grill and wood owen to enjoy delicious BBQ dishes and homemade pizza. Furthemore, the villa offers air conditioning, a home cinema, satellite TV, a fitness room and also a good restaurant few minutes away from the house.

Lastly, many services are possible upon request, like private chef, wine tasting, hiking, cooking lessons, bike tours.

What to do?

Take a  swim in the pool, enjoy the amazing views or take a nap under the olive trees. Feel more active? Simply step outside the gate and venture on one of the many trails in the area. Feel more like a local? Take a 6 minutes drive to the first village for a stroll and some gelato.
