Beautiful B&B with swimming pool and only 3 km from the beach in Le Marche

La Favola is a beautiful holiday home perched on a hill, only 3 km from the beach (Marina di Malpense) and 8 minutes drive from the well-known seaside town of Porto San Giorgio in Le Marche. From the house you have 360 degree views over the sea, the hills with in the distance the majestic Sibillini mountains, the town of Fermo and Torre di Palme a very nice, lively village on top of a hill overlooking the sea. La Favola is made up of several en-suite bedrooms.

A very beautiful infinity pool will be built in the spring of 2023. In the garden you will find various places to sit quietly and adjacent to the garden the owners have been planting edible trees, shrubs and plants since 2019 to create a food garden. The garden is completely fenced, entered through an electric gate. There is also a lounge area on the terrace with a BBQ. For those driving an electric/hybrid car there is a charging station.

Accommodation

On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a big open area with well equipped kitchen and a living area. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a gas stove, and various kitchen appliances. There is also a Nespresso machine for coffee and tea, a milk frother, and an ice maker. The living room has a big couch, a large television, and a fireplace.

There are two double bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. A washing machine and dryer are available.

Meals can be enjoyed at the large table inside or outside on the terrace. There is also a lounge set, an egg chair, and a hammock available.

On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four pit stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

There are four bedrooms, all with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has also a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a cot, two highchairs available and an extra single bed can be added if required. All bedrooms are airconditioned and windows have insect screens and shutters.

Outside there is a terrace and balcony. On the terrace there is a dining table and lounge area.

What to do?

The closest beach has a kite and wind surf beach. Just a bit further is the (by Italians) well know sea town of Porto San Giorgio with plenty of restaurants, clubs, sunbed and umbrellas for rent, changing cabins, showers, beach volley ball and playgrounds for the kiddies. Shopping on the markets, along the boulevard or in one of the fashionable towns or outlet grounds with famous brands like Todd’s, Prada, Hugo Boss and many more. Hiking in the Sibillini National Park, cycling and mountain biking. Rent a Vespa and visit the beautiful town and villages rich of art and culture. Or stay at home and enjoy the pool.
