Villa Noi Due is a beautifully renovated Italian villa located in the beautiful countryside of Le Marche. The owners were really involved in the renovation process, and you can see this throughout the whole villa. The villa stylishly combines modern and traditional elements. Villa Noi Due also has a spacious infinity pool with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains in the distance. Outside the villa has a beautiful garden and a portico under which you can eat al fresco. 

Accommodation

Villa Noi Due is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with on the right a comfortable living room and on the left a spacious kitchen. The living room has a big couch, two armchairs, and a TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need while on holiday. In the kitchen there is also a spacious table. There is also a bathroom with toilet and basin. Lastly, on the ground floor there is also a utility room with a washing machine.

On the first floor is where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. In total there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. The other two bedrooms both have single beds. There is another bathroom with a shower and basin.

What to do?

The Sibillini Mountains offer wonderful walking and the beaches on the Adriatic are within 30 minutes’ drive. Loreto is a fascinating town to visit and is a famous pilgrimage spot. In the medieval village of Falerone, lies the ancient settlement of Falerio Picenus, established by the Romans in 29 BC. There is a Roman amphitheatre which hosts open air performances during July. Villa Noi Due is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Le Marche as there are many hilltop towns and ancient Roman sites nearby such as Urbsalvia, Ascoli Piceno and Fermo. Le Marche is also great for shopping. Many of the towns have a weekly market selling local products at reasonable prices. Each town and village specialises in specific products. Porto Sant’Elpidio is renowned for handcrafting high quality, designer shoes. During the summer months there is a variety of festivals and fairs that take place in the nearby towns. Don’t miss the sagra del prosciutto (the ham festival) in the town of Offida, in August.
