Intermezzo is a cozy and luxury holiday apartment located in the beautiful region of Le Marche. The apartment is part of Azienda Cerqueto, which consists of an old farmhouse built in the 19th century and transformed in recent years into two beautiful holiday apartments and two detached cottages with a shared swimming pool and with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The holiday accommodations are situated at the end of a white road which guarantees complete privacy. At the one side of the accommodations, you have a stunning view of the gently rolling hills of Le Marche while on the side where the swimming pool is located you have a fantastic view of the Monti Sibillini.
Intermezzo
Intermezzo is one of the family apartments of Azienda Cerqueto. It is a luxury and spacious apartment situated in the larger holiday house. It has private covered terraces on both sides with fantastic views over the hills, the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains of the Sibillini National Park.
The downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a separate toilet with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, four pit gas stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine, along with plenty of glassware, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. If rented by a family with older children the attic bedroom could be used as well, where there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
It has its own parking place and full use of the shared pool of 6×12 m. If needed there is also a charging station for electric cars. Lastly, there is also air conditioning for refreshment in the summer and heating in the winter.

There is plenty to do in the area: cycle along the quiet roads, walk in the nearby Monti Sibillini, go to the seaside (e.g. the area of outstanding natural beauty at Sirolo and Portonovo), visit the surrounding hilltop towns and local vineyards, visit the 13th century abbey (Abbazia di Fiastra), the medieval castle of La Rancia, enjoy the opera festival at Sferisterio in nearby Macerata, or stay put and enjoy the calm of the house, garden and pool.
