Azienda Cicconi is an elegantly restored country house made up of eight apartments and surrounded by vineyards in Le Marche. The holiday apartments provide the perfect space for a relaxing holiday. Surrounding the property is a circa 100 hectares estate with vineyards, walks, woodland and a stream further down the valley which the guests are welcome to explore.
And the property itself has been lavished with individual touches during its restoration that make each apartment unique, from the luxury bathrooms to the original furnishings. The apartments have access to a fantastic 35 x 7 meter swimming pool. The pool is approximately 1.50 meters deep and has a shallower children’s area.

Apartment Peperoncino, with a floor area of approximately 70 m2, is located on “the head”. You reach the apartment via the outside stairs as it is “higher” than the rest of the apartments. It is suitable for two adults with a child.
The ground floor of Peperoncino is therefore on the same level as the first floor of the rest of the building. Through the large private terrace with a beautiful view you enter the spacious living room with well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, microwave, washing machine, etc.). The downstairs bathroom has a double jacuzzi.
On the open first floor there is a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. There is also a mobile air conditioner.

- Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and beds are weekly changed (please, bring your own beach towels for the swimming pool and beach)
- Baby cot and highchair (there is an extra charge of € 50 for the cot and please notice us beforehand)
- Use of an umbrella and two sunbeds at the Bagni Maria Fiore beach in Grottammare
- Pets are allowed but there is an extra charge of € 50 for final cleaning, and they must be kept on a leash in the common areas and it is absolutely forbidden to let them into the pool
What to do?
A fifteen minute drive away are the popular Adriatic resorts of San Benedetto del Tronto, with its long seafront and wide promenades lined with hundreds of palm trees, and the smaller resort of Grottammare.
Here you can enjoy the mile upon mile of wide sandy beaches and tranquil seas, or relax at one of the many beachside chalets, where wonderful seafood dishes can be washed down with a cool glass of the local Falerio or Pecorino chilled white wines.
