Villa Oliveto is a luxury holiday villa with infinty pool set amongst rolling hills and ancient vineyards and overlooks its very own 400-tree olive grove. With uninterrupted views of the Adriatic coast and untouched Italian landscape, here you will enjoy the slow way of life, and once you have entered the 50-meter-long driveway lined with olive trees, you won’t want to leave. This 4 bedroomed luxury villa is only just the start, because once you start to explore you will find multiple outdoor eating areas, many private corners to relax and restore, a huge architectural pool house and gym, with a 21m outdoor pool, a tennis court amidst the olive grove and our new purpose-built yoga studio that overlooks it. The luxury villa is just 10 minutes from the coast and within walking distance of the charming village of Civitanova Alta.

This hilltop luxury villa offers tailored year-round exceptional luxury, five-star services and immersive experiences. The experienced concierge team can organize tailor-made authentic experiences such as truffle hunting, cooking classes, and wine tastings. But also bookings at Michelin star restaurants, shopping trips to designer stores, and active excursions such as fishing, sailing, and hiking are an option. These activities can be booked prior to your stay. In the beautifully manicured garden, you will find a heated infinity pool with sun deck, an outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ, and pizza oven, a lounge area with a fire pit, a tennis court, game tables, and a specially built yoga studio.

Villa Oliveto can be rented together with Villa Olivo which is located on the same estate (Castelletta Estate). Together the villas can accommodate up to 22 people. Each villa has its own private area and swimming pool. The villas’ gardens are interconnected and they share the yoga studio.

Accommodation

Villa Oliveto has an open plan living area with doors to the outside. The room has a sitting area, a dining table for 8 people, and a spacious lounge area with a Smart television with SKY satellite channels and a DVD player. The room also features a built-in BOSE speaker system with Bluetooth connectivity. The Molteni designer kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, and Nespresso machine. French doors give access to an outside terrace with a table.

On the first floor you can find the 4 luxurious ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms can accommodate at least one crib (available on request) and are also equipped with a hairdryer, safe, and television with Netflix function. The beds are made with Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton bed linen. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi internet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside there is fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, mixer, Nespresso machine, refrigerator as well as a barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. The swimming pool (21x6m) has a built-in jacuzzi, diving board, and waterfalls. There is a comfortable lounge set under the pergola next to the pool. There is also a oool house with a kitchenette, toilet, shower, and dining area. The pool house has ceiling-high windows that can be opened or closed completely as desired.

The villa has its own fitness room including a running machine, rowing machine, punching bag, weights, yoga mats, and the latest Technogym Multigym. The villa shares a yoga studio with the other villa on the estate, Villa Olivo. The room is heated and equipped with air conditioning and a sound system. Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blocks, belts, and blankets are provided.

• White glove service: If you want your holiday to be surrounded by total relaxation, our concierge service is available to make you feel at home. Be that pre-stocking the pantry, fresh towels laid out by the pool, booking you in for a massage or organising a trip to the local beach.
• Yoga studio: Open for use for both Olivo & Oliveto guests on request, the studio is your calming, flexible space that overlooks their very own olive grove, and the sea. This year-round space has been purposely designed to benefit from both natural light, mood lighting and a connected sound system, so when the time has come to relax and restore after a long practice, you can create the most calming environment. Just in front, enjoy both sunrise and sunset on our yoga deck, nestled between two olive trees.
