Villa Olivo is a beautifully designed and newly renovated luxury Italian villa overlooking the stunning coastline of the Adriatic Sea. This hilltop villa offers year-round exceptional luxury 5-star services and authentic experiences in the heart of Le Marche. Set amidst rolling hills, olive groves and ancient vineyards and just 10 minutes from the coast and within walking distance of the charming village of Civitanova Alta in Le Marche. The villa has a fully-equipped gym with Technogym equipment and an exclusive SPA with a 6-person jacuzzi.

This hilltop luxury villa offers tailored year-round exceptional luxury, five-star services and immersive experiences. The experienced concierge team can organize tailor-made authentic experiences such as truffle hunting, cooking classes, and wine tastings. But also bookings at Michelin star restaurants, shopping trips to designer stores, and active excursions such as fishing, sailing, and hiking are an option. These activities can be booked prior to your stay. In the beautifully manicured garden, you will find a heated infinity pool with sun deck, an outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ, and pizza oven, a lounge area with a fire pit, a tennis court, game tables, and a specially built yoga studio.

Villa Olivo can be rented together with Villa Oliveto which is located on the same estate (Castelletta Estate). Together the villas can accommodate up to 22 people. Each villa has its own private area and swimming pool. The villas’ gardens are interconnected and they share the yoga studio.

Accommodation

Villa Olivo has been beautifully crafted to the highest standards. On the ground floor there is a beautiful open plan living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lounge area has two large sofas, two chairs, and a fireplace. The dining room has a long dining table for 12 people and sliding doors give access to the terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, double fridge freezer, double sink, storage space, large gas stove, ice machine, wine cooler, Nespresso machine, and a water machine (with mineral water and sparkling water). There is also a TV room with a spacious sofa and Smart television with Netflix and Prime Video. The room is equipped with a built-in BOSE speaker system with Bluetooth. Lastly, there is a state-of-the-art gym with modern Technogym equipment.

On the first and second floor you can find 6 luxurious king-size ensuite. All bedrooms are equipped with fine Italian textiles, Egyptian cotton sheets, handcrafted furniture, memory foam mattresses, a pillow menu, and a TV. In 2 bedrooms, the beds can be made up as twin beds. Also on this floor, you will find the second lounge/TV room with a Smart television with Netflix and Prime Video, and a built-in BOSE speaker system with Bluetooth.

In the basement, you will find a fully-appointed private Spa that is equipped with a 6-person hot tub, steam bath, spacious Swedish sauna, and sensory shower with scented water and mood lighting. Here you will also find an extra toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, the villa has a separate yoga studio for practicing yoga, pilates, or dance. The villa has bedrooms plus an attic ensuite which sleeps two.

• Yoga studio: Open for use for both Olivo & Oliveto guests on request, the studio is your calming, flexible space that overlooks their very own olive grove, and the sea. This year-round space has been purposely designed to benefit from both natural light, mood lighting and a connected sound system, so when the time has come to relax and restore after a long practice, you can create the most calming environment. Just in front, enjoy both sunrise and sunset on our yoga deck, nestled between two olive trees.

• Villa Olivo pool heating: € 600,- (please note this may vary due to oil prices). It takes 3 days to reach 25-28 degrees celcius and temperature is weather dependent. 48 hours notice is needed.
• Tourist tax: € 32,- per person for the stay.
• Mid week housekeeping: € 400,- (it includes towel refresh, communal areas, spa, and bedrooms, but excludes sheet change)
• Daily studio clean: €150,- per stay.
• Concierge: check in, check out, and regular pop in’s are included, if you require a full time concierge, we can quote on booking.
